Drop-Off Policy ✅

Parents and guardians may drop off children at Party Palz when the party host accepts responsibility for supervision. Drop-Off is permitted where the booking parent or appointed host agrees to supervise all children present for the full party duration.

Responsibilities — Party Host / Booking Parent 👪

• The hosting parent/adult is responsible for supervising all children left in their care.
• Hosts must supervise behaviour, toilet trips, and general safety for each child.
• Hosts must remain on the premises for the full duration of the party.
• Hosts should collect and hold emergency contact details for every child attending.
• If a host leaves early, responsibility remains with them until another adult clearly accepts supervision in writing or in person.

Responsibilities — Party Palz Staff 🛠️

• Party Palz staff will provide a safe venue and maintain equipment.
• Staff run party activities and ensure the facility meets safety standards.
• Staff do not accept direct supervision responsibility for children unless previously agreed as an additional service.
• Any additional supervision services must be arranged and confirmed prior to the event.

Responsibilities — Parents / Guardians of Attending Children 🧒

• Parents may drop off children aged 10 and over if the host accepts responsibility.
• Parents must return on time for pick-up. ⏰
• Parents must inform the host and Party Palz of allergies, medical needs, or special care requirements prior to the party.
• Parents must provide accurate emergency contact information.

Safeguarding & Safety 🔒

• All staff follow Party Palz safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
• If a child is distressed or behaving dangerously, the hosting parent will be asked to intervene immediately.
• Serious incidents will be handled according to our safeguarding protocol and may be reported to relevant authorities if necessary.
• Party Palz reserves the right to refuse drop-off or to request that a parent remains if safety cannot be assured.

Late Collection ⏳

Children not collected on time will remain under the supervision of the party host. Party Palz staff will assist where possible but do not assume final responsibility for late collections. Repeated late collections may incur fees or result in refusal of future drop-off bookings.

Agreement & Liability 📜

By attending a party at Party Palz, parents and hosts agree to follow this Drop-Off Party Policy. The hosting parent accepts responsibility for supervision. Party Palz provides the venue and activities but does not assume supervision responsibilities unless expressly agreed in advance. Attendance implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
